Rekun I. Methodological bases of economic safety of the railway transport system enterprises

Dissertation is devoted to research and generalization of methodological foundations of economic security of the railway transport enterprises in the conditions of reforming. Abstract methodological discourse changes in the economy, their impact on improving the economic security of the railway transport enterprises. From the standpoint of institutional economics paradigm formulated economic security as a research program, the shell of which is the basic institutions of economic power and economic activities of enterprises. The theoretical foundations of economic security of enterprises allowed to substantiate new approaches to the concept of "economic security", its interpretation as a phenomenon and process, place in modern economics, generated by the current state of the nature and risks in the economic life of enterprises. Revealed new approaches to methodology and definition of the basic directions of the economic assessment of the state of railway transport, which is characterized by the deterioration of the material and technical base, the sharp increase in energy costs in the production costs of transport, the deterioration of financial performance. The authors' concept of financial and economic security of the enterprise as a long-term management of the system of financial and economic security, taking into account existing and potential threats and risks, definition of operational and future goals of economic security activities, the formation of the strategy and the flexibility of the plans in accordance with changing internal and external environment of the enterprise. It is shown that as a result of the reform of the railway sphere of Ukraine may change the configuration inside the regional ties and, consequently, increase the political, economic and cultural potential of a number of regions, thus strengthening economic stability and national security of Ukraine.
