Novytska N. Legal basics of public moral protection in information sphere of Ukraine: theory and practice

The dissertation is one of the first complex monographic researches in modern legal science that offers solution for scientific and practical determination problem of legal basis of public morals protection in information sphere. As result of the research, it is defined main directions of citizens legal protection from negative influence of information products, is formulated definitely new directions of legislation improvement in studied sphere and is defined scientific concept of public morals protection in information sphere. Proved that public morals protection system consists of public morals protection instruments, which are oriented on security of state ideology, as legally regulated measures targeted on solving of specific task and, usually, linked with new restrictions of rights of citizens or specific group of people. Made functional characteristic of public morals protection subjects in information sphere and proved the necessity of single system formation of public morals protection institutions in Ukraine. After analysis of nature of tort displays and responsibility for illegal actions in sphere of public morals protection, proved the necessity of legal changes to Project of Information Law Code that will add liabilities of legal entities for violation of public morals in information sphere.
