In the thesis the theoretical justification of the nature of organic agricultural enterprises, especially their organization and management development. Defined methodological principles and criteria for performance assessment of their operation, resursokorystuvannya factors and their indicators, modeling structure and specialization. The analysis of the efficiency of organic enterprises, their financial, economic and environmental sustainability, quality of organic products found problems increase. This made it possible to prove reserves and competitive advantages of organic production in the future. Suggestions on improving the management of organic enterprises based on social responsibility, system-structural analysis, problem-based approach and marketing strategies. The measures strengthening state support for organic farming through the introduction and implementation of its government programs, improve the procedures of standardization and certification, organizational and economic mechanism to provide environmental, financial and investment preferences, protectionism in agricultural markets.
