The thesis is devoted to improvement of methods, models and approaches to the analysis and to techniques of ensuring the NPSs NPPs power generation units' safety, considering the relatively low probability of emergency events arrival, as both theoretical and methodological basis of their function technogenic safety ensuring concept in a wide range of operated modes and external geophysical environment conditions.
