Tymoshenko O. Regulatory Framework for Ensuring the Economic Security of the National Economy

A theoretical and methodological generalization was made, and a new solution of a scientific problem was proposed. The solution lies in the overall development of regulatory framework for ensuring the economic security of the national economy aimed at increasing its level, achieving optimal values of the economic security indicators and creating secure economic environment of Ukraine based on the principles of territorial integrity, economic sovereignty and under the conditions of macroeconomic instability and globalization. The influence of globalization on the economic security of the national economy was found out, and the complex of measures to confront the negative manifestations of both economic globalization and growth of economy openness was suggested. A scientific and methodical approach to evaluate an integral level of the economic security of the national economy, which is an information base for further development of regulatory framework and making of government and managerial decisions, was justified. A regulatory mechanism aimed at ensuring the economic security of the national economy was developed. Its implementation will allow preserving the national identity of strategically significant land and energy resources, implementing a model of sustainable economic growth and creating the high-tech innovative national economic system resistant to external disturbances and threats.
