Research object: the management of the development of stock market agricultural products. Objective: Development of theoretical positions and development methodology of development of stock market agricultural products in an unstable external and internal environment. Methods: questioning, abstract and logical, logical-semantic, historical, theoretical generalizations, comparisons, dialectic, deduction, induction, statistical analysis, time series, monographic, decomposition, prediction. Scientific novelty: for the first time defined the exchange activity as a managed system methodology of complex evaluation system of development activities on the exchange of agricultural products, developed organizational structure and function of special single body regulating the market exchange services in the commodity market - the National Commission on the futures market; improved the concept of "development of exchange activity" systematic and synergetic approach to building management system development of exchange activities, methods of evaluating the effectiveness of exchange activities; had the further development of methodological approaches to the formalization of the exchange, institutional approach to assess the management of exchange activity, scientific justification applying compulsory exchange of instruments of risk management.
