The dissertation is dedicated to creating an effective program-target system of follow-up monitoring and predicting outcomes in infants born prematurely with perinatal pathology based on the study of pre - and postnatal factors occurrence and progression of BPD, hearing and vision disorders and their connection to 3 years of life. Analyzed data of observations for three years with 1,009 children who were born prematurely, of which 105 patients with BPD, 503 - of the hearing disorders and 401 - with visual impairment. For the first time under the definition of diagnostic coefficient (DC) and informative significance (I) factors that determine the course and outcome of BPD created routes supervision of children using established postnatal factors for age prognosis and consequences of BPD in the system of follow-up observations to 3 years of age. First introduced pathogenetic significance thresholds factors affecting the course, severity, and consequences of lateralization of deafness in children of different ages (6 months, 1 year, 3 years). It has been shown that the formation of character, course and results of retinopathy of prematurity important informative, predictive probability thresholds and implementation factors. This is the basis of individual routes observations of children with visual impairment, results and effectiveness lazercorrection in children with perinatal pathology combined. Supplemented set of measures to reduce disability and improve the health of children in the conditions of modern principles of perinatal care on the basis of scientifically based relationships between organizational, lymphoma, anthropometric, gender and health of children in the first years of life, born with perinatal pathology and defining the role as newborns and follow-up observation.
