The thesis resolved an important scientific and practical problem of the human capital management of the enterprises. The dissertation suggested the concept of human capital management, which included planning, organization, motivation, accounting and control of the human capital of the enterprise. The research covered the state of human capital of the enterprises of Ukraine's oil and gas industry, including the process of its formation and use. The thesis offered the ways of reorganizing human resource departments into human capital management departments in the enterprises of oil and gas industry of Ukraine.
