Marynenko N. Adaptive development management of production and economic organizations

The object of the study are the production and economic organizations' (PEO) adaptive development management processes. The purpose of the thesis is the development of theoretical principles, scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the PEO's adaptive development management. The author uses the dialectical method of knowledge, epistemological analysis, statistical analysis and comparison method, situational, systemic, synergistic and hierarchical approaches, graphical and tabular methods, economic and mathematical modeling and systems analysis, abstract and logical approach. The theoretical value is the systematic study of modern scientific elaborations concerning the implementation of the PEO's adaptive development management mechanism. The author's interpretation of the essence of concepts shaping the categorical apparatus of the scientific problem is introduced. These concepts are as follows: "enterprise adaptive development management", "enterprise adaptive development" and "adaptive approach to the enterprise development". The scientific principles developed in the thesis contribute to the development of economic science, are aimed at ensuring the PEO viability under the impact of the dynamic external environment factors, and serve as a basis for effective decision-making by managers at the pre-adaptation and co-adaptation stages. The proposed model for determining the production processes that require immediate corrections and model for managing the financial resources formation for the implementation of the PEO's adaptive measures make it possible to implement the optimal strategy of behavior. Its scientific novelty is the theoretical and methodological substantiation and solvement of an important scientific problem of developing the conceptual and theoretical foundations and methodology of the PEO's adaptive development management as well as the scientific and methodical recommendations for their practical application. The subject of the study are the theoretical and methodological principles, methods and models of the PEO's adaptive development management. The practical significance of the obtained results is in broad possibilities of the proposed conceptual theoretical and methodological approaches application in the practical activity of the enterprises within the PEO, which allows to increase the level and efficiency of their adaptive development management and achieve the improvement of financial and economic performance.
