With the aim of solving the research tasks were examined in 351 patients with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), which at 44.7 % of cases identified SHC USN (stable ischemic heart disease stable angina) FC i-II. 210 patients were examined during exacerbation of COPD and 141, the patient in stable phase. Based on the analysis of the results of clinical, laboratory and instrumental monitoring formulated the concept of formation of comorbidity SHS SSN FC i-II in patients with exacerbation of COPD III severity.
