Essay

The thesis are devoted to solving urgent scientific problems that are providing polynomial time solving the problems and conflict intellectual control system (ICS) sustainability of the whole object in the interaction of multiple variable objects of observation in the existing constraints and uncertainties. The object of study - the process of optimal control of multidimensional objects in conflict, limitations and uncertainties in the interaction of multiple variable objects of observation. Subject of research - synthesis methodology optimal management of strategies in conflict, limitations and uncertainties in the interaction of multiple variable objects of observation. Purpose - improving the performance and sustainability of systems intelligent control objects in conflict, limitations and uncertainties in the interaction of multiple variable objects of observation. It is to improve theoretical positions to create a solution to the conflict ICS interaction supervision object (SO) variable with multiple operating systems and the formation of the solution space (SS) SO conflict interaction of multiple variable operating and synthesis technology and choosing the optimal behavior of complex strategies for technical system (TS) and technical ergatic system (TES) in resolving conflict their interaction with multiple variable objects of surveillance technology and process automation intelligent control solution to the conflict interaction CO variable with multiple SO through the development of: set-theoretic model of object interaction management with multiple variable objects observation conflict conditions, limitations and uncertainties; semiotic model of object interaction management with variable multiple SO in space surveillance; semantic model of object interaction management with variable multiple operating systems in space surveillance; method for solving the conflict interaction control object variable set of observed objects within the constraints and uncertainties as NP-complete problem fingering dynamic discrete optimization; deciding the rules and formal methods for determining information sets complement of SS and guaranteed control SO; method of forming a functional variant virtual SS to set the SO; the method of synthesis and selection strategies (trajectories) displacement and guaranteed SO management the SS method (truncation options and integrated P-algorithm synthesis solutions and guaranteed chain management in the SO SS. As a result, it is possible to provide the requirements for TC and TES homeostasis of different physical nature and gain in performance index for three already operating at least by 1.36 times compared with the methods of operations research, and to ensure the stability of ICS SO in space observation.A methodology optimal site management in conflict, limitations and uncertainties can be spread to kinematic, dynamic, including nonlinear, and the main objects and information cybernetic infrastructure of Ukraine on computer incident response.
