The essence of state regulation of foreign banking is disclosed, its types, goals, functions and mechanism structure are determined. The elements of the system of state regulation of foreign banking is studied, institutional regulation models are analyzed. The directions of improvement of legal, competitive, tax regulation of foreign banking in Ukraine are determined. The condition of financial and economic security of Ukraine under the influence of foreign banking capital is assessed and the Concept of State Regulation of Foreign Banking in Ukraine is developed.
