Essay

The thesis is dedicated to increasing of primary prevention's effectiveness of permanent teeth' caries with children by clinical and experimental substantiation and development of prevention's differentiated schemes, aimed to increase caries resistance of permanent teeth' enamel with different levels of mineralization based on the study of enamel's morphological, chemical and physical properties and their changes under the influence of caries prevention's modern facilities. Recorded a significantly higher level of permanent teeth' caries resistance with children aged 14-18 years compared to corresponding indicators of younger children. Found significant differences in the chemical composition of intact enamel's biopsies of permanent teeth for five years after the eruption. Established "in vitro" signs of increasing in the mineralization's degree of enamel's surface layer of permanent teeth in various stages of mineralization under the influence of exogenous preventive facilities contained different anti-caries compounds. Developed differentiated primary caries prevention's schemes for people aged 5-18 years, depending on the power of mineralization and permanent teeth' hard tissues condition and analyzed their effectiveness.
