Orel Y. Criminal-legal protection of the normal activities of bodies and institutions of criminal-executive service of Ukraine

Issues of social conditioning of criminal law prohibition of acts against the normal activities of bodies and institutions of criminal-executive service of Ukraine was сlarified. The history of legislation on this issue, a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign legislation on issues of criminal responsibility for crimes against the normal functioning of the bodies and institutions of criminal-executive service were studied. Investigated the objective and subjective signs of crime, provided by articles 389, 390-393, 395 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, revealed shortcomings of current legislation and its application. Suggestions for amendments and additions to the current legislation of Ukraine were formulated.
