Pogrischuk G. Innovative-and-environmental development of the agricultural sector: theory, methodologi, practice

The thesis is developed to the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of innovative-and-environmental development of the agricultural sector. The work provides the theoretical grounds and generalizes the scientific approaches to interpretation of innovative development in the context of its environmental-and-economic transformation, emphasizes and substantiates the category of "innovative-and-environmental development of the agricultural sector", elaborates on the environmental component in the system of innovation-oriented agricultural production. The innovative-and-environmental development of the agrarian sector is considered in the context of basic conceptual, methodological and practical principles of innovative development, based on a modern vision of innovation and environmental safety aspects of operational and business systems, and defined as a dynamic, diversified process of implementing economic-and-environmental component of the agrarian sector progression. We have developed the conceptual principles of innovative-and-environmental development of the agricultural sector; substantiated the task-oriented methodology for ecologically-safe use of natural potential of innovative-and-environmental development of the agricultural sector; elaborated the methodical approach to determining the normative monetary value of agricultural land, proposed the mechanism of economic incentives for sustainable use and land protection. We have also proposed the innovative methodical approach to determining the economic losses of agricultural businesses caused by the loss of fertility of agricultural land, based on a comprehensive assessment of land degradation impact on its boniter and monetary valuation. We have elaborated the technique for assessment of the effectiveness of innovative projects on the basis of economic and ecological efficiency of agricultural production under a principle of maximum synergistic account of all available factors A system was developed for optimizing the production capacity of innovative-and-environmental development of agrarian sector in Ukraine using the experience of European countries, including the strategic situational analysis of threats posed by the external environment and the potential of internal environment development; the economic and environmental assessment of business projects, technological solutions, farming systems and environmental audit; identification of potential opportunities and predictive estimates, development and implementation of task-oriented programs and organizational-and-administrative activities
