Bezpyata I. Investment of the agricultural sector: the theory, methodology, practice

The thesis is devoted to scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical proposals for investment support in the agricultural sector of Ukraine as one of the most effective organizational and economic mechanisms of sustainable development and ensuring food security. The transition to an innovative model of development of the agricultural sector depends on investments - their size, structure and areas of application. In terms of the economic globalization, investments serve as a foundation for high competitiveness of Ukrainian agrarian producers and as an important condition for successful integration of Ukraine into the world economics. Besides, investments help achieve high standard of living and food security. The investments create opportunities for the agroindustrial complex improvement, implementation of innovations, improvements of qualitative and quantitative indicators of industrial and economic, social and environmental activities at the national and regional levels and specific entities. The methodological approaches to the assessment of the investment climate and investment attractiveness of the agricultural sector are developed. The assessment of the socio-economic impact of investment software is developed. The conceptual bases of formation and a system of evaluation to ensure institutional investment of agricultural sector are created. The basic directions of improvement of state regulation of investment innovative development of agricultural sector and the mechanism for implementing the investment policy are determined. The conceptual methods of the position long-term forecasting position of the agricultural sector in innovation-based is released.
