the research object - condition monitoring processes territorially distributed regional gas supply system; the research goal - reducing costs and improving the functional features of the system of monitoring the state of the regional gas supply in its organization, planning and synthesis by the synthesis and development of methodological bases of creation of territorially distributed monitoring system for the state of the regional gas supply; the research methods - system analysis principles, mathematical modeling, discrete programming, multicriteria evaluation and optimization, scheduling, fuzzy mathematics, decision making under fuzziness of input data; theoretical and practical results - implemented as a program-methodical complexes of applied information automated synthesis technologies, allowing to automate the processes of decision-making to create SMRGS; novelty - the methodological basis for the creation of the system of monitoring the state of the regional gas supply, generalized and partial models of organization and planning of monitoring the state of the regional gas supply system, the method of organization and planning of monitoring the state of regional gas suppliers, which allow to make optimal decisions for gas monitoring for the various dimensions of problems, depending on the degree of uncertainty of the initial information was developed. Models of structural and topological synthesis for information system monitoring the status of the regional gas supply, generalized and partial models parametric synthesis of information system for monitoring the status of the regional gas supply, thereby reducing the dimension of the models obtained after decomposition of the generalized model to improve the efficiency of solving practical tasks of monitoring was improved. The method of determining the probable location of technical means for switching, data acquisition and transmission, methods of multicriteria evaluation and optimization, monitoring method of planning the regional gas supply system that allows you to make decisions under multicriteriality and fuzziness of input data were further developed; the degree of implementation - the results of the thesis are introduced in four specialized institutions and in the educational process, which is obtained by the introduction of six acts; the scope (area) of use - the information system for monitoring the status of gas transmission and gas companies.
