Essay

The thesis is a complex research that solves scientific and practical problem of improving the legal provision of financial security of Ukraine. The paper defines the modern paradigm of nature and importance of financial security of Ukraine. Attention is focused on solving of the problematic aspects of theoretical and applied nature based on an analysis of the main provisions of the current legislation in the sphere of provision of financial security of the state. It was proposed to make amendments and additions to the revised Concept of provision of the financial security of Ukraine with the extension of its structural elements. Draft of the Law of Ukraine "On the basis of the financial security of Ukraine", which was transferred to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, was elaborated directly to improve legal provision of financial security of the state. Financial security of the state was considered in the narrow and broad sense by means of improving the theoretical and methodological approaches. It made possible to identify new approaches to solve problems of legal provision of financial security of the state by legal norms. Feasibility of consideration of scientific position concerning the allocation of the main elements of the financial security of the state in the development of legal support was also noted. Research paper exposes areas of legal provision of financial security of Ukraine in a globalizing world of economic and legal space and economic crisis. Author suggests ways of improving of the legal provision of financial security of Ukraine on the basis of the positive experience of international financial institutions and financially developed countries.
