Essay

The object of research are technological processes of fruit crops planting material in nursery garden by means of mechanized machine complexes. The purpose of research is in providing careful consumption and rational use of material, power and natural resources while growing fruit crops planting material of certain quality by means of working out scientific fundamentals for making up and applying mechanized technological complexes for plant growing possessing adaptability indications to production conditions. Theoretical research was being conducted applying the methods of mathematical modeling as well as provisions of theoretical mechanics; differential, integral and tensor calculation. Practical significance of the results having been obtained is in working out technological schemes for growing plants with distinguished principal stages according to which the quality of saplings can be estimated for each structural objects of nursery garden. The results of research having been introduced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Ukraine when working out the standard system that defines technological processes of producing planting material. Scientific novelty of the results having been obtained is in defining of seven technological variants in interconnection of structural objects in nursery garden for realizing the chosen by producer means for fruit crops saplings growing with minimal specific resource consumption. New graph and analytical regularities have been worked out that describe the algorithm of practical realization of technological variants in interconnection of structural objects in nursery garden as well as enable to define the principal stages for the process impact of phonological phases in plants growing and development on timely introducing of mechanized operations for their growing. The theories of formal methods of decision making have been enlarged in which the method of making optimal machine choice for planting material growing being characterized by using tensor calculation for choosing the optimal variant at heterogeneous parameter setting. The method for defining stability of the technological process of fruit crops planting material growing has been worked out being based on calculating the indices of confidence intervals of the parameters under control as well as comparing them with appropriate intervals of normative values. Further development of the methods for evaluating the technologies for fruit crops sapling according to energetic equivalents of the resources being spent in the part of forming for the first time the only scale of non-dimentional coefficients of energy capacity of processes and resources with defining their excessiveness and partial distribution according to the processes and statistic random verification of intermediate and final production of nursery as for defining the optimal sampling amount taking into account the producer risks enabling to minimize his economic benefit loss probability.
