Essay

The thesis is dedicated to solving the actual scientific problem, which consists in resolving of contradiction between the necessity of adaptation of database (DB) structure of the organizational management information system (OMIS) in the conditions of subject domains (SD) dynamic changes and requirement of structure stability of the created database at providing of set values of its indicators of quality in the conditions of limitation of the temporal and financial resources. The research object is the process of OMIS database reengineering. The work objective is the creation of methodologically substantiated information technology (IT), which provides the mechanism of an adaptability OMIS database to changes of functioning conditions. It is obtained the following important scientific and practical results. The scientific and methodological foundations of IT database OMIS reengineering are developed and substantiated in SD dynamic changes, in particular: model "object-event"; universal data model; invariant to the subject domains OMIS database schema, which, unlike the existing ones, allows to simplify the process of adaptation relational DB (RDB) OMIS to changes of operating conditions by the use of created predefined structure of relational relations; syntactic and semantic models of declarative language for defining and manipulating data of SD, close to some subset of natural language, not requiring database schema knowledge from the user, based on which databases OMIS are created.
