Essay

The thesis is devoted to the formation of philosophical and legal concepts of power grounds of the law in terms of non-classical paradigm of philosophy of law. Disclosed anthropological, hermeneutic and axiological dimensions of power grounds of law, by their interdisciplinary integration based on the ideas of the legal discourse as being limited by ontological and epistemological rational principles. Particular attention is paid to the issue of mergers and division of power and legal spheres that cause the dialectic of sociality.
