Fedotova G. Theoretical and Applied Principles of Introducing the Institution of Criminal Offenses into the Criminal Law of Ukraine.

Thesis is a monographic study, in which a comprehensive analysis of the legal nature of the institution of a criminal offense is carried out, its social purpose, inherent characteristics are carried out, the ontological, epistemological and axiological characteristics of the criminal offense are comprehensively studied. The history of the formation and development of the institution of the criminal offense is estimated, the features of borrowing, continuity and novelty are defined. An experience of formation of the institution of criminal wrongdoing in foreign countries is highlighted. Social, legal and criminological backgrounds of the institution of criminal offense are characterized, the concept is defined and the main characteristics and elements of the criminal offense are revealed, the types of conduct that can be attributed to the criminal offense are analyzed, their classification is done.
