Objects: processes of ensuring the development of organizational and economic mechanism for implementing investment projects in the industrial enterprises. Objective: the development of theoretical and methodological, and, methodological and practical bases for the development of organizational and economic mechanism for implementing investment projects in the industrial enterprises. Research methods: grouping, system approach, abstract and logical approach, mathematical modeling, regression and correlation analysis, morphological analysis. For the first time: the model for implementing investment projects on the basis of organizational and economic mechanism was developed; the methodical approach to evaluation of the synergy development processes of organizational and economic mechanism of the investment projects has been designed; improved: organizational and economic mechanism of realization of investment projects in the industrial enterprises; the methodological approach to the integrated assessment of investment project's efficiency; were further developed: classification of investment projects; stages of the investment projects management in the enterprise.
