Duhnevych A. Organizational and Legal Support of the WTO Agreements Implementation in Ukrainian Agriculture

In the national agrarian-legal science, the dissertation is the first complex monographic research of methodological, theoretical and legal fundamentals and practical problems of organizational and legal support of the implementation of WTO agreements in Ukrainian agriculture. The dissertation reveals the legal nature of the WTO Agreement on Agriculture and other multilateral agreements, investigates peculiarities of norms of the WTO Agreement on Agriculture, makes classification, analyzes their content and defines functional purpose in the mechanism of legal regulation of agrarian relations. Definitions of "market access" and "internal state support of agriculture" as agro-legal categories are formulated and their essence is revealed. Institutional and functional support of the implementation of the Agreement on Agriculture and other WTO multilateral agreements in the WTO organizational structure and by bodies of State Authority of Ukraine are investigated. In the dissertation scientific conclusions and recommendations, aimed at the system and structure development of agricultural law, improvement of agricultural legislation and mechanism of legal regulation of the agrarian relations in Ukraine?s WTO membership are made.
