Babyna O. Methodological and practical bases of formation and realization of the transport enterprises' potential

In the dissertation were developed theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for formation and implementation of transport enterprises' potential in the context of system-humanization paradigm. The paradigm involves implementation of the ideology of multi-dimensional multi-element liability of the entities and their stakeholders to the public for the consequences of economic activity. It also motivatesthe entities to implementintentions of positive change. The result of the use of the formed provisions is balanced formation of potential, ecologization of transport enterprises and harmonization of stakeholders' economic interests. Combined it all ensures the positive direction of transport enterprises' development. In the dissertation was proposed the methodology for comprehensive assessment of the transport enterprises' potential, as well as methodical approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of potential'srealization. Also the prospects of development of transport enterprises' potential were grounded.
