In unclear theoretical principles of state regulation of the cost of the business sector, including the nature of business conditions and factors of the business sector, the economic nature of business costs, types of costs of doing business. The essence of public administration expenditure of the business sector, the types of methods of state regulation of business costs, the role of state regulators in managing the business sector spending, cost evaluation methodology of the business sector. Studied selection methods of state regulation costs the business sector, especially the adjustment costs of the business sector industry, structural balancing costs, foreign experience of state regulation of business costs and its adaptation in Ukraine. Thesis there is determined factors of market regulation costs, institutional conditions and the risks of cost management entities, conducted functional analysis of transaction costs of business regulation. Features of state regulation costs in the financial business. Revealed the use of a balanced scorecard to regulate business costs and reasonable development of conceptual strategies to minimize the cost of the business sector and the formation of effective regulation system of economic security business. Done evaluating the effectiveness of state regulation improvement costs the business sector.
