The object of the research is the management system of enterprise in the informative society. The research aims to the development of conceptual and methodological and theoretical methodological and applied foundations of organizational structures management system of enterprise through modernization of their functional content in conditions of intensive improvement of network environment information society. The author used such methods as: concretization, generalization, formalization, systematization, system, process, project and situational method, generalization, grouping, ranking, forecasting, analysis and synthesis, logical and semantic analysis, morphological analysis, graphical method, statistical surveys, fuzzy logic modeling, correlation and regression analysis methods of structural logic simulation grid graphs, fractal analysis, methods of induction and deduction, simulation, dynamic, mathematical programming. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time there is developed theoretical positions on of taking into account modernization of management system of enterprise features in conditions of the information society, an innovative approach to the formation of management system of enterprise in terms of network economy, the theoretical principles of selection and substantiation of economic models management system of enterprise formation according to the level of social development, there is improved theoretical and pragmatic management principles of rational development of information infrastructure management system of enterprise, theoretical and methodological approach to forming modeling tools management system of enterprise, mechanism evaluating the efficiency of the system of enterprise and its organizational structures, theoretical basis management system of enterprise modernization in conditions of intensification scientific and technical progress, there are developed foundations increase the efficiency of industrial enterprise management mechanism of interaction of elements of network organizational structures based on industrial structural shell system of enterprise business, directions to increase economic security functioning of an enterprise through balanced functioning of its organizational and production system, a systematic approach to increasing the sustainability of management system of enterprise. The subject of research refers to development of theoretical and methodological and scientific provisions management system of enterprise modernization and its functional space in the information society. Author's recommendations are used during development management the enterprise in the information society.
