The thesis is devoted to solve the important scientific and practical problem of the construction objects' lifecycle automation. The methodological principles for unified extensible information technology of the construction objects' lifecycle automation with generalized model of the construction object are suggested. The core of the construction object model based on a basic set of graphics primitives and attributes is developed. The classification of the software tools used at different stages of the construction object lifecycle and their generalized models are proposed. The developed method of the binary packed data for the database optimization is suggested for using.
