Bryl K. Administrative and legal support of decentralization of state power in Ukraine

The dissertation comprehensively studied conceptual basis of administrative and legal support of decentralization of state power in Ukraine. Examined the concept of decentralization of state power as the object of administrative and legal support, conducted historical and legal analysis of decentralization of state power, made correlation analysis of centralization and decentralization of state power in Ukraine, discovered types of decentralization of state power. Found out goals, objectives and principles of administrative and legal support decentralization of state power, singled out levels and directions of the administrative and legal support of decentralization of state power. Studied classification of ensuring decentralization of state power in Ukraine, highlighted their competence and powers. Defined maintenance of administrative and legal forms and methods of decentralization of the state power, analyzed the legal responsibility of ensuring decentralization of state power.
