3/ Object: the formation and operation of trade enterprise logistics system. Purpose: To study theoretical principles, conceptual positions and develop scientific guidelines for the formation and development of trade enterprise logistics. Methods: abstract logic; epistemological analysis; institutional and evolutionary; classification and typology; theoretical synthesis, synthesis and systems analysis; factor and logical analysis; taxonomic analysis; statistics and comparative analysis; correlation analysis; modeling; economic and mathematical and economic statistics; graphic and matrix. It is offered: the nature and proposed structural and functional model of logistics trading enterprises; theoretical and methodological principles and provisions harmonize approaches formation and interaction of logistics systems and logistics management activities; the nature and proposed organizational and economic mechanism of logistics trading enterprises; improved conceptual approach to the processes of formation and functioning of the logistics trade.
