Object: a process of state regulation of non-bank institutional investment in Ukraine. Purpose: To develop theoretical and methodological principles, rationale priorities, mechanisms and tools of state regulation of non-bank institutional investment in Ukraine. Methods: The logical generalization; grouping; analysis and synthesis; scientific method of statistical analysis and calculation; Mathematical methods of economic forecasting; theoretical generalization; strategic management; system approach. It is offered: methodological principles defined development strategy of the state of the non-bank institutional investment; conceptual approach to the separation of the non-bank institutional investment; methodological approach to the typology of models of non-bank institutional investment; methodological tools of evaluation of investment potential and importance of the system of non-bank institutional investors in the formation of financial and investment functioning of the national economy.
