The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on forming integration mechanisms of transformation of the territorial structure of the region. Was proposed the mechanism of formation and development of inter-regional corporation from the position of intensifying the relations between the regions, that includes formation of organizational - institutional structure, development of the strategy of corporation development and activities for its implementation, monitoring, operation and development in the context of inter-regional cooperation.
