Found that promising way to enhance the functioning biotechnical system of livestock production the proposed objective function, which is the defining measure of the cost of the final product, is improving the efficiency of the preparation and use of feed, the overwhelming share has fed in pellet form. The paper found that by promising to ensure implementation of the genetic potential of livestock is the use for animal feeding of complete pelleted animal feed containing roughage, improving the efficiency of cooking which is possible with the use of screw type pellet mills. Analyzed the physical and mechanical properties and the main advantages of pelleted feed, grounded preconditions for their effective use. In particular, the impact is defined roughage content on efficiency of pelleted feed, the influence of temperature, moisture and pressure on feed quality indicators. The results of studies on the influence of parameters of extrusion feed their performance, namely, the impact of physical and mechanical properties of the feed, time, temperature, humidity and pressure performance extrusion processes. The analysis of processes of production of complete pelleted animal feed and related structures of means, including allocated roller-matrix pelleting press with a ring matrix and flat, base plates and screw press. Found that perspective by increasing the efficiency of technological influence the material is the use of screw job that can change the intensity of exposure in the course of technological operations. Established that given the technology of production and quality of workflow, the most effective for the preparation of complete pelleted animal feed are presses with cylinder working chamber and screw geometric parameters that change for its length, where parameters pitch propeller and height channel screws depends on length screw. Developed geometric models of basic common screw designs and the criteria of geometric similarity of screws and their counterparts from the rectangular channels. An analytical model preparation process forage mixture to pelleting, to determine the preparation forage mixture according to preset parameters uneven mixing and moisture. For screws, geometrical parameters whose vary depending on their length, were obtained in general models and performance pressure pelleting process. It was established that the function has an optimum performance parameters for the channel width and length of the screw propeller and implemented structural optimization of relevant parameters. The influence of structurally-working operational parameters of pellet and physical and mechanical properties Forage mixture in costs for power, torque and axial force on the screw pellet mill. The influence of external forces and internal friction forage mixture to increase the temperature of pelleted feed. Grounded structural parameters set matrices used for the manufacture of pellets of different diameter for the same prescription. Developed a device for determining the viscosity of the corn-stem Forage mixture that works on the principle of rotational viscometer. A laboratory study and found impact factors Forage mixture viscosity and moisture content of roughage. Experimentally investigated the process of preparing forage mixture to pelleting. The interrelation between indicators of uneven mixing and moistening and defined rational values of empirical coefficients, that characterize the influence of process parameters on the process of preparing forage mixture to pelleting, given the quality indicators. Experimentally, the influence of process parameters preparation of feed pellets using screws with variable geometric parameters on productivity and specific energy pelleting process, as well as the performance density, pellets strength, loss of moisture and heat pellets during pelleting. The approbation of theoretical research and empirical coefficients set - theoretical component dependencies. Developed a set of design documentation and created a prototype screw pellet feed, which successfully passed production tests in NSC "IAEE" experimental farm "Olenivske". As a result of tests it was found that screw pellet mill feed reliably perform workflow and provides preparation of complete feed pellets containing roughage that meet current standards. Established that the specific annual economic effect of implementation of research results into production ranges from 194.02 UAH/ton when compared with production lines with screw type pellet mills and from 665.99 UAH/ton when compared with production lines with roller-matrix type presses
