Essay

The thesis explores the process of establishment and development of the system of state marketing communications as a means of public administration in Ukraine on the basis of the scientifically grounded concept of marketing-communicative forms of interaction between governmental institutions and the society. The paper explains the theoretical and methodological identification of marketing communications as a means of public administration, defines the methodology of study of marketing communications in public administration, and provides a historical and analytical review of the reference database of the information-communication and social management issues pertaining to the research; conceptualization of the phenomena of information and communication is demonstrated in the context of development of managerial processes; the meaning and objectives of marketing communications in public administration are defined.
