Object of research - the process of creating a distributed intelligent systems; goal of research - improving the efficiency of information processing and decision making in socio-technical systems under conditions of incomplete certainty and dynamic environment through the development of methodological bases and information technology of distributed intelligent systems; methods of research - methods of systems analysis, category theory and artificial intelligence, simulation and multi-agent systems theory, cloud technology; the results - theoretical generalization and new solving actual scientific and applied problems of the formation of methodological foundations of information systems with the required integration and intellectual property to make good decisions in terms of distributed socio-technical systems and innovative renewal and development of the information environment; novelty - the method of agents synthesis for distributed intelligent system was developed, which provides automation of creation, adaptability and rapid modification of the multi-agent system in dynamic environment; the method of combining knowledge ontological models based on logical-categorical approach was developed; the method of reasoning in first-order logic was developed, which enables to solve the problem solvability and that eliminates the need for descriptive logic for describing ontologies; the model for ontological knowledge representation based on ambiguous presence logic was developed, which into account uncertainty and conflicting in knowledge; improved automated method for constructing ontologies that based on deriving knowledge from unstructured text and ontological transformation with testing and analysis of the contradictions that can increase the effectiveness of ontology engineering; improved the model of interaction of distributed agents in multi-agent system that into account mechanisms for interaction with external resources Semantic Web; improved agent simulation model for the analysis of resource management processes in complex dynamic environments, which used self-organization and collective behavior adaptation; improved management model in which using dynamic formation of coalitions and groups semantically similar objects; had further development methodology for creating distributed information systems through the development of complex models, predictive information technology, through which formalized representation and processing of distributed knowledge based on ontologies for effective solutions in a heterogeneous dynamic information environment; had the further development of methods and information technology to create intelligent distributed systems by improving the technology of cloud computing; had further development the theory of categories by using as a universal ontological description formalism that makes it possible to automate the association of ontology; had the further development of methods of artificial intelligence developed by using the method of ireasoning in first-order logic that takes into account the computational problem to solve ontologies; implementation level - the results have been implemented in the in the Kharkiv Regional Council, in the Research Technological Institute of Instrument Engineering, in the "UKR-EXZ-KOMPLEKT" ltd., in the Research Center for Civil Projects ltd., in the National Aerospace University of M. E. Zhukovsky "KhAI"; field of application - distributed intelligent systems
