Object - the formation of structural policy economic development; goal - developing of theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for formation and implementation of structural economic development policy in conditions of world integration processes; methods - aggregated historical and logical approach, logical synthesis and abstraction, analysis, synthesis and classification, economic and statistical methods, system analysis and comparison, graphs topological method, the methods of structural and functional analysis, economic and mathematical modeling; the novelty - has been developed the methodological approach to the structural policy of economic development as integral method, the essence of which lies in the system coupled proposed methodological model that generates theoretical and conceptual basis for the formation of structural policy economic development, functional directions and instruments of structural policy in the organizational and economic mechanism that will ensure better management of national economics under the integration process, growth of quality of its interaction with the global economic space; has been formed the functional directions of structural policy that ensure a systemic impact on the structure of the economy through the implementation of its determinants and taxonomic system of structural policy tools for structural and functional criteria which includes the following groups: macro, selective, regional, investment, innovation, integration and institutional; results - development of theoretical, methodological, methodical and practical provisions, which together create a set of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the structure of the national economy and to improve its integration capabilities and have practical value for the state and local authorities in shaping strategic and programming documents for structural modernization economy; specialization - Economics and National Economy Management
