Object - Adoption processes with solutions Provision tehnohennoy security of the State and at regional level. The purpose - Reduction of risk of man-made objects to pryemlemoho povыshennoy danger level. Methods - Probability theory, Mathematical statistics, mathematical modeling, rehressyonnoho analysis, object-oriented programming. Dissertation is devoted to solving the problem of risk management the objects of major hazard by the use of information technologies, models and methods of decision solutions. The paper conducted a comprehensive analysis of the current state of information support of decision-making in the field of technological safety of industrial facilities, experts, government oversight bodies automated means. Formed modern base of theoretical bases for determining the basic parameters of technical risk of enterprises and the factors affecting it, the search for solutions required to maintain an acceptable level of risk. Developed a multi-level approach to the modeling of possible emergency events, determine their effects and automation integrated risk management strategy.
