Dotsenko S. Theoretical basis for the creation of intelligent computer support systems in the management of energy efficiency organizations

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of the important for the theory and practice of administrative activity of organizations of the scientific and applied problems, which consists in the need to overcome the contradiction between the existing possibilities of traditional methods of structuring solutions for managing energy saving activities and trends in the development of the method for structuring solutions based on the patterns of intellectual activity of the decision-maker. For this purpose, the concept of activity was introduced are a structure of organizational and technological tasks, which are decided by the person making the decision. Each of the tasks is presented in the form of dialectically interrelated pairs of process and resource factors. On the basis of this, architectures of information factorial models of activity as a process, as well as models of thinking, semantic thinking, and semantic activity have been developed.
