Essay

Object - the process of development of transport and logistics system enterprises of Ukraine under current conditions. Target - development of theoretical and methodological development basis for transport and logistics system enterprises of Ukraine and its marketing support under current conditions. Approaches - systematic approach, comparison of statistical arrays, analysis and synthesis, questioning, matrix approach, structural and logical analysis, economic and mathematical approach, sampled population approach, graphical approach. Scientific novelty - first development concept for transport and logistics system enterprises and its marketing support under VUCA-world conditions; conceptual basis of trust-based marketing and theoretical & methodological basis of stakeholder marketing development at transport and logistic system enterprises under VUCA-world conditions. Results - the following was improved: theoretical and methodological approach to formation of transport and logistics cluster, methodological approach to complex assessment of strong and weak points of transport and logistics enterprises, method of transport and logistics enterprises strategy development under VUCA-world conditions, methodological approach to transport and logistics system staff development, model of communication process between enterprise and stakeholders, mechanism of using digital communications as marketing support tool for development of transport and logistics enterprises; further development achieved: concept and definitions of transport and logistics system, theoretical and methodological aspects of enterprises marketing promotion in transport and logistics cluster, methodological approach to vertical integration of transport and logistics system based on creating of holdings and their customer-oriented approach, adaptive strategy of transport and logistics system development with regard to VUCA-world conditions, methodological approach to cross-cultural management application at transport and logistics system enterprises under international integration conditions, mechanism for application of integrated marketing communications at transport and logistics system enterprises under VUCA-world conditions.
