Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of a problem of ensuring the implementation of speed, non-lifting major repair of main pipelines by eliminating the inconsistencies rates of implementation of excavation works to rates of fulfillment of repair works on pipelines and necessity of lifting the pipes during repair. For the first time laws were established and analytical dependencies of synthesis of constructions of special continuous acting earthmoving machines and control algorithms of their workflows with ensuring accuracy of movements of working and running equipment relatively to the pipelines within 200 ± 50 mm at straight and curved pipe sections in the plan were developed. It was established that the basic requirements for choosing basic tractors of special continuous acting earthmoving machines for major repair of main pipelines is to ensure the average pressure on the ground no more than 0,065 MPa in view of external forces on the machine, the position of the center of pressure no closer than 1/6 of the length of the reference tracks of the drive sprocket and the opportunity to stay in the center of the hinge mounting pressure working equipment. For the first time was proved and practically implemented the possibility of combining at work chain-beam and milling-rotary working bodies processes of soil digging with traditional cutting speeds and unloading of working bodies using inertia forces that provided the soil at the time of discharge due to the kinematics of drives. Keywords: earthmoving machine, soil, synthesis, assembly scheme, model, load, performance, energy intensity.
