Yaldin I. Theoretical aspects of formation of strategy of development of metallurgical industry of Ukraine

In this dissertation developed a new methodological approach to the solution of actual problems of formation of strategy of development of metallurgical industry of Ukraine. Performed in the study provided a number of interrelated scientific and practical results of the methodological, theoretical and empirical level. The theoretical and methodological support of formation of strategy of development of metallurgical branch of Ukraine, which includes: analysis of the status and trends of the metallurgical industry and the practice of state support in Ukraine and countries; assessing the impact of external and internal environment on the development of metallurgical industry of Ukraine; evaluation of the competitiveness of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine justification of the choice of strategy of development of metallurgical industry; modeling of scenarios of development of metallurgical industry of Ukraine. Methodical provisions on the justification of choice of strategy of development of metallurgical industry of Ukraine, which include: the identification of the model of development of the steel industry and its problems; evaluation model of sustainable development of metallurgical industry; substantiation of priority directions of development of metallurgical industry and the choice of measures of their implementation. Built structural and logical analytical framework to identify the model of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine. Developed a system of interlinked matrices the study of the matching of supply and demand in the metallurgical industry of Ukraine. The proposed model of sustainable development of metallurgical industry, which characterizes the ratio of the rate of change in components of demand and supply in comparison with critical levels, reached proportions. Built simulation model of the development of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine consists of following main blocks: production, manufacturing, technology, investments, Finance, concentration and innovation, takes into account the results obtained in the process of cognitive modeling and provides a choice of the optimal scenario of development of the domestic steel industry.
