Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving the actual scientific problem of increasing the efficiency of the operation of drive systems and jib constructions of tape conveyors of mobile machines by eliminating resonant phenomena, as well as reducing the dynamic forces in elastic links by using an integrated hydraulic drive equipped with main and additional motors and a control system. Nonlinear mathematical models were constructed and dynamical phenomena were investigated in the drive and in the conveyor bundles. The control system parameters, which ensure steady operation of the conveyor under conditions of significant fluctuations of operational loads, are substantiated. The method of calculation of transients in belt conveyors, taking into account the mobility of the boundaries of longitudinal branches of the transporting body, has been developed, which made it possible to significantly increase the accuracy of determination of efforts in the tape.
