The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the State Executive Service in Ukraine. The historical and social determinants of the State Executive Service in Ukraine, the main stages of the formation of the legal foundations of its activities have been identified and characterized. Characterized in a historical retrospective and specifics of the model of the State Executive Service in Ukraine in the system of public authority. The place, role and basic principles of enforcement of decisions in the activities of the State Executive Service in Ukraine are determined.
