This thesis studied the dispute issues of financial and legal theory at the modern stage of development; it was found the relevant common factors and trends in the dynamics of financial relationships. It has been ascertained that the dynamics of financial relations associated with the relevant legal facts that due to the imperative nature of financial and legal rules do not provide for variation in behavior of the subjects of such relationship.
