Kolesnik T. Legal mechanism to ensure labor discipline in a market economy.

The thesis is devoted to actual theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of labor discipline in Ukraine. In the thesis general legal description of the Institute of labor discipline is provided, its place among the other institutions of labor law is revealed, the mechanism to ensure labor discipline and its elements are investigated, as well as legal entities in the field of labor discipline. Trends of solving modern problems in theoretical and practical level in the relevant field are analyzed. Some discipline work methods are characterized, including allocated organizational and economic coercion and persuasion, education and rehabilitation, as well as a variety of combination. Essence and types of incentives as the main method of discipline work in today's economy are defined. Much attention is paid to the issues related to liability for violation of labor discipline.
