Lebedieva V. Institutional Mechanisms of Diversification, Specialization and the Agro-industrial Integration: Theory, Methodology, Practice

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations on the functioning of the institutional mechanisms of diversification, specialization and the agro-industrial integration. The structure of diversification, specialization and the agro-industrial integration institutional regulation concept was formed. It provides the creation of an effective institutional mechanism and strategy processes of diversification, specialization and the agro-industrial integration that can flexibly respond to various changes, while the controls and instruments should be adapted to the environment and inside should focus on the goals of the concept. Complementary institutional mechanism was developed for the effective functioning of diversification, specialization and the agro-industrial integration action which aimed at qualitative change in the structure of production, innovation and investment development, raising living standards and increasing social and economic welfare of the country.
