Turylo A. Managing enterprise innovative development (on the example of ore-mining and benefication enterprises)

The object of the research is the process of managing the innovative development of the enterprise. The thesis is devoted to solving theoretical and methodological problems as for management of the enterprise innovative development taking into account current economic conditions and trends. The conceptual approaches to the formation of the enterprise mission, the category content “Innovative development”, the role of innovation in a competitive and coordinate marketing activities of the company, determination of the differences between the concepts of Innovation Management” and “Management of Innovation”, determination of regular links between competition, innovatization and efficiency are presented. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of an effective system of management of enterprise innovative development, developing, enterprise innovatization strategy, ground of the effectiveness system evaluating of innovative development of economic entities are improved.
