Sobko O. Theoretical and methodological dominants of intellectual capital development in the enterprise creation value process

The object is the enterprises creation processes in the term of their intellectualization. The purpose is the theoretical and methodological frameworks and to practical recommendations for intellectual capital development in the their value creation process based on intellectualization job in the production, commercialization and social sectors service. Methods are generally scientific and specific: theoretical summarizing, retrospect analysis, analysis, synthesis, graphic, abstractly logical, statistical analysis, correlation regressions analysis.The results are realized by improving the theoretical and practical dominants development of intellectual capital in the value creation process that make it accelerate intellectualization their function, increase intellect ratio and competitive advantages influence. The novelty lies in the theoretical and methodological discourse and practical recommendations operation aimed to development of intellectual capital in the enterprises creations process. Introduced in the activity of: JSC "Halychyna Lasunca", JSC "Kremenec milc", JSC "Buchach cheese", JSC "Ternopil dairy", PE "Alma Vita", Ternopil Regional State Administration, Ternopil City Council, State Regulatory Serves of Ukraine, Ternopil National Economic University.
