Generalized principles and theoretical nature of the corporate innovation management system are defined. Organizational structure of industrial enterprise has been improved based on separation and identification of relations between its components. The progressive measures to enhance corporate innovation management system for enterprises are developed. The new approach to form an enterprise system management by improving its organizational structure is proposed. The model for evaluating the efficiency of corporate innovation management has been proposed. The choice of "FutureStep" framework is justified which services as an underlying base for formation and development of corporate innovation management system. A mechanism for effective management of industrial enterprise by applying the "corporate innovation management map" has been developed and its implementation has been justified.
