Markova Y. The strategy and mechanisms for management of the industrial economic activities in fishery sector: the theory, methodology and the practice

This thesis is aimed at the development of theoretical and methodological foundations, practical recommendations on forming strategies and mechanisms for management of industrial and economic activities in fishery sector. The concept is based on the analysis of integration mechanism in fishery complex that involves the integration of fisheries enterprises in the branch corporate entities, which are merged into clusters. The task was to find out the model of strategic management of logistics software production and business relations that increase the efficiency of interaction in industrial and trade intermediaries fishery complex. The purpose of the research was to produce the theoretical model of the mechanism in strategic managements of industrial and economic activities in a fishery complex using the indicator of their efficiency which is adjusted to the principle of sustainable resource use.
